Year 7 2025 Information
During December, the Unley High School Rowing Club will be running a series of Come ‘n’ Try sessions for students who may wish to participate in rowing through the Health and Physical Education Rowing Class (curriculum) and/or an extracurricular sport through the Rowing Club.

Come and Try Sessions
Unley High School Rowing is offering a variety of Come ‘n’ Try Sessions late Term 4 for Year 7 students in 2025 and their families to experience the sport and better understand Rowing at Unley High School before committing further.

The sessions are scheduled as follows:
Off-water Come ‘n’ Try
Held at the Schools Fitness Centre (Located Here) on Thursday 5 December 2024, 3:30pm – 5:00pm (following the Year 6 Transition Day).
On-water Come ‘n’ Try
Held at the Torrens Boatshed (Located Here) at
- Tuesday 10 December 2024, 4:30pm – 6:30pm
- Thursday 12 December 2024, 4:30pm – 6:30pm
- Saturday 14 December 2024, 8:00am – 10:00am
Applying for HPE Rowing 2025 (Round 2)
Health and Physical Education (HPE) Rowing is a core HPE alternative offered by Unley High School. Currently, the Year 7 Class has several vacancies open to any students who have been allocated a place at Unley High School for 2025. To fill these vacancies the School will complete an Application Process through August-December.
Before applying for a 2025 vacancy prospective families are asked to review the following;

- Sign up for two or more of the Come ‘n’ Try sessions here.

Applications for Round 2 are to be completed by Sunday 15 December 16 2024.
